Today, there are many inspiring makers around the world who have gone on to make exceptional handpans since PANArt stopped making its original “Hang”, and this has in turn birthed a new generation of talented musicians who have mastered the art of playing this ‘virtual orchestra’ sitting in one’s lap.
Below, you’ll find a list of curated handpan tracks, and my personal list of handpan makers that I consider to be some of the best in the world now.
I started my journey with this instrument back in 2015, when I flew to PANArt in Switzerland to acquire a unique Hang! (Watch the documentary about PANArt here).
