How to stay grounded, clear and connected in a world that wonβt stop spinning.
So much is happening in the world right now β all at once, it seems.
Weβre facing collective challenges on multiple fronts, and for many of us, this is creating a deep sense of unease, turbulence, and fatigue as outdated systems begin to collapse or reconfigure.
Navigating one area of life in turmoil is usually enough for most people β but when several areas converge at once, something much deeper is asked of us.
Weβre being called to a higher level of self-awareness, a deeper level of self-expression, and a more intentional way of living and relating.
Hereβs just a glimpse of what weβre collectively being asked to navigate:

Maybe you catch yourself feeling uneasy after a conversation with a friend or family member who shares something worrying theyβve read or seen?
Flash points seem to be everywhere β from chemtrails to vaccines to wondering who (or what) is behind the ongoing fragmentation of our world.
These days, even saying the βwrong thingβ online can lead to trolling, censorship, or public shamingβ¦
Perhaps your mood shifts just from scrolling β without even knowing why.
